As I did not have access to direct meetings with policymakers, （LawMaker）I submitted these communications through official contact forms. These were directed to both the National Police Agency and the minister responsible within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.


In addition, I have noted that the U.S. Embassy in Japan hosts FBI personnel, and that there are established channels for reporting international crimes—particularly those that may involve Sect-like organizations. For this reason, I have also recommended direct engagement through such channels.It seems that the politician has put in place a suitable legal framework.


It is possible that NATO has already begun certain forms of activity. At the same time, within Japan, there has been a need to strengthen oversight, including the allocation of additional personnel from institutions equivalent to the military—namely the Self-Defense Forces—to support policing functions. This has contributed to monitoring electoral processes, with an estimated impact on approximately one hundred seats.


Even if NATO-related involvement is considered, technology companies in the United States and other countries continue to expand in scale and influence. For this reason, it remains necessary to proceed carefully and to maintain direct and appropriate lines of communication with politicians, lawmakers, and those responsible for international crime.


As I have also noted on social media, in the case of the United States, it may be necessary to assemble newly allocated personnel drawn from agencies such as the FBI, CIA, and NSA, in coordination with technology companies, developers, hedge funds, and the U.S. military. Such a framework would require authorization to conduct wide-ranging, cross-border investigations.

The establishment of new legal frameworks is essential to enable international investigations under a newly structured system—bringing together agencies such as the FBI, NSA, and CIA, alongside technology engineers, hedge funds, and newly designated units within the U.S. military.
