At times, after reviewing my own writing, I myself may find certain passages difficult to understand, or may be unable to fully recall what a particular section was intended to mean. The situation and broader circumstances to which I am responding are extremely large in scale and deeply intimidating. The surrounding Sect-related activity remains highly active, and appears to follow a long-term pattern of exhausting and cornering an individual over time. Repeated incidents have occurred in which individuals say things such as, “This is your fault,” before quickly leaving the scene. In practical terms, I am severely exhausted.
At the nearest local supermarket, surveillance.At the nearest local supermarket, surveillance cameras have been installed at every checkout counter. During payment, I am visibly recorded, and the system is designed in such a way that I can see myself being captured on camera. This is highly unusual. In many surrounding areas, such cameras appear to have been installed only at this particular location.
I have expressed concern about the growing presence of cameras being installed everywhere. As a result, I now find myself confronted with this kind of situation. In effect, this may also be understood as a concealed form of repression,oppression.With minor crimes being used as the stated justification for expanded surveillance.I hereby once again issue a warning to the governments of various countries regarding the abnormal and severe dangers posed by Japan’s neighboring states.Furthermore, this is a situation in which all citizens may be subject to targeting.
Tablet-type terminals facing customers at convenience-store checkout counters, ATMs, tablet devices introduced in hair salons as replacements for magazines, dashboard cameras, and devices in taxi back seats — hidden cameras or camera-capable systems are now appearing in countless places.
All of these systems exist in a condition in which they may be abused. The unsettling nature of this situation may be even more apparent to developers and to groups such as hedge funds, who are likely to understand the abnormality of such infrastructure more clearly.
From my side, I cannot simply place stickers over these cameras or physically block them.
They are increasingly being placed at points of unavoidable daily contact: customer-facing tablet terminals at convenience-store checkout counters, ATMs, tablet devices introduced in hair salons as replacements for magazines, dashboard cameras, taxi rear seats, supermarket checkout counters, and other ordinary spaces where citizens are expected to conduct routine life.
These are not exceptional security zones. They are everyday civic and commercial spaces. Yet camera-capable devices are being positioned in places where individuals cannot realistically refuse, cover the lens, avoid being recorded, or determine how the captured data may later be used.
Naturally, there are even movements at the neighbourhood-association level to install cameras in positions that would capture my own residence.
This, in my view, is precisely the operational pattern of Sect activity and external influence: a policy of expanding surveillance and pressure over a wide area while advancing it in highly detailed, localised ways.
The method is not limited to major institutions or visible public infrastructure. It extends into ordinary residential areas, neighbourhood associations, local shops, transport spaces, and the smallest points of daily life. This broad and granular expansion is central to the concern I am raising.

My concern is therefore directed at the placement, density, and social normalization of such devices. When cameras are embedded into ordinary life under minor or routine justifications, the result may become a concealed form of pressure, surveillance, and civic intimidation.

Once an incident takes place, (Fake)public anger can be redirected toward the government — which, in my view, may already have been substantially hollowed out and populated by weak, deliberately placed groups with strong Chinese-linked influence — leading to calls that such incidents “should have been prevented in advance.”
In this way, the very incidents themselves may be used as a pretext to justify the further expansion of surveillance infrastructure. Responsibility is shifted, (Fake)public fear is activated, and additional monitoring measures are then presented as necessary preventive action.

Such methods are repeated in order to assert, in practice, that the area falls within their own territory or sphere of control.
From the perspective of Europe or North America, this may be misunderstood as merely reflecting Japan’s enthusiasm for electronic devices and technological convenience. In reality, the concern is not the technology itself, but the way in which such devices may be placed, normalised, and used as instruments of territorial assertion, surveillance, and concealed pressure.
This pattern bears a strong resemblance to behavioural methods often associated with Chinese state-style governance and social-control practices, including those used to influence, mislead, or pressure foreign governments.
I naturally regard such activities as highly abnormal.
In my view, there is an underlying objective to covertly export and implement a new form of socialism and surveillance-based governance. I believe this is being pursued in a concealed manner, with the intention of normalising such systems beyond their original sphere.
It now appears as though we are increasingly coming to resemble the relationship between Hong Kong’s governing system and its protest movements.
